| Description: | Under the direction of the Manager, Food Services performs a variety of food service duties such as setting tables, portioning and serving meals, washing and peeling vegetables and fruit, preparing items such as tea, coffee, and toast, and washing dishes and utensils, clears and cleans dining tables, damp mopping floors, washing dishes, and cleaning surfaces in accordance with established procedures. |

| Description: | Reporting to the Manager, Social Work, the Recreation Therapist will be responsible for the implementation of existing therapeutic programmes that encompass the various domains: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual and creative. You will work in and participate in our caring and inter-disciplinary setting to ensure our elders live full lives within our facility and the community. |
| Qualifications: |
• Diploma, Therapeutic Recreation, from recognized educational institution • Excellent clinical skills to conduct assessments and maintain documentation using various computer programs (e.g., Gold Care, Excel, Publisher) • A minimum of three years experience with Seniors (Dementia, Parkinson's, Palliative Care) • Excellent clinical skills to conduct assessments and maintain documentation using various computer programs (e.g. Goldcare, Excel, Publisher) |
