Guest Table Booking Process

  • Purchase meal tickets for Lunch/Dinner from the receptionist in advance. You can purchase as many tickets as you wish and they can be used anytime you visit. Table booking must be done a minimum of two hours prior to meal service.
  • To book the guest table Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, phone the receptionist at 604 689-0022 extension 300. On weekends please call the cook two hours before the meal service at extension 316.
  • If the guest table is already booked we ask you to pick up meal trays from the kitchen 5 minutes before the meal service and go to where the Main Lounge area tables are available. Please bring dishes and trays back to the dish room.
  • Present meal ticket to dietary staff at the guest table in the dining room, if you are picking up trays present your meal ticket to the kitchen staff.
  • If you do not have a ticket dietary staff will ask you to sign the Guest Meal Deduction form to allow Yaletown House to deduct the money from the resident trust account.
  • The price of tickets for Lunch or Dinner is $5.00. Breakfast items are available at a cost of $2.00 per item, (such as muffins or scones). Tickets are not available for breakfast items and you will be required to sign the Guest Meal Deduction form.
