Welcome to Yaletown House

Yaletown House is a non profit care facility for seniors with complex care and is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Completed in 1985, the facility is located in the Yaletown/North False Creek district of the city, minutes from the downtown core. Funded by the Vancouver Coastal Health, we provide health care and services to 130 elderly residents in a safe, supportive and home like environment.

Our website is divided into two main streams, About Us and Our Community. About Us is designed to assist individuals in becoming more familiar with Yaletown House. When you select About Us, you can learn about our: Mission, Facility, Programs, Care FAQ, and take a pictorial tour guided by our Social Worker (ideal for prospective residents).

Another stream is called Our Community. This is designed for our internal community of resident, families and friends. When you select Our Community you can find copies of the Resident and Family Council minutes, what programs and special events are happening that day, menu selection, parking and drop off suggestions and help links inks to community resources such as the Canadian Diabetes Association or St. Paul's Hospital.

Two other very important pages on our web site are Donate and Get involved. When you select either page, you can learn about our fundraising and volunteer opportunities - both thoughtful means of supporting seniors in our community.
