Sunday night, July 19 Movie Night at David Lam Park
After 500 or so bags of popcorn were distributed to the enthusiastic crowd gathered to watch the feature film; the volunteers from Yaletown Rotary, Rotaract Club and Yaletown House finally took a well deserved break and watched the 1980’s classic Ghostbusters. Thank you to the Yaletown Rotary for selecting Yaletown House as its Charity of Choice and raising $555 for our Quality of Life Starts at Home campaign.
Congratulations and thanks also to the Yaletown Business Improvement Association and James Schouw for sponsoring the highly successful community movie night.
Special Thanks to CIBC Yaletown Branch, a corporate participant, for promoting fundraising activities prior to the movie start and donating the $235 raised to Yaletown House.
